Interactive Slackline (2010)

The slackline is hooked up to a strain gauge that measures the weight on the slackline.

The interactive slackline is a game of balancing. Like the tightrope walker at the circus, the person on the slackline must balance, or fall to their doom (in this case, grassy soft doom, but nonetheless).

Technical:

The slackline is hooked up to a strain gauge that measures the weight on the slackline. An Op-Amp amplifies the signal for the arduino and two pieces of flexible high intensity RGB led strip are controlled with PWM via a ULN2003 Darlington transistor array.
